Despite thousands of articles about needing more women in the profession, something’s still not right. What are we missing?‍ The future is male and female. But to access it requires having some uncomfortable conversations. Many of the issues faced by women have an impact on their male counterparts as well. What are the rules? How should we speak or behave? There is so much gray area, so how do we create environments where both genders thrive?
